Wow this is pretty damn cool!  Someone write a Perl DBD module (DBD::CSV) that allows you to "connect" a CSV file and execute SQL commands against it.  I have no idea how efficient it really is, or if it would have any real world applications but it's a pretty cool concept.  I suppose you could use it for some small scale stuff.  Simple enough interface, SQL is pretty powerful.
