Someone rooted our damn box in the UK.  I know how they got in, but I don't know how the faulty (read: hackable) version got installed.  Grrrrrrrr!  Now we have to rebuild the box.  Isaac and I have it all planned out, we can probably have it back up in an hour.  We rock.
