Somehow I ended up with a couple of JPEGs that were stripped of their Exif data. My picture script didn't know how to sort the images because the images did not contain the Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal info. Exiv2 to the rescue! If you want to view or modify Exif data I highly recommend exiv2!
