Imail Server by Ipswitch has to be one of the very few NT applications that I actually respect.  It's not too expensive, and it's quite powerful.  Their support is fairly knowledgable, but very busy.  Quite a solid email application...  I found out today that it's mail filtering rules even support regexps.  Not bad!
