I got an NTP server running here at work on our Cisco router.  So I've spent the last couple of days trying to get all of our equipment to sync off of it.  It's pretty easy on Linux once you figure out how to do it.  NT seems to be a pain, there doesn't seem to be a real hard and fast way to do it.  Then I found NTPTime which seems to work real good.  Woohoo!
