I got Raid-1 working on Windows 2000 box last night.  The motherboard has a built in (IDE) Raid controller.  I had two 40 gig drives so I popped them in and setup a mirror.  It was pretty cool because it even let me take my existing Windows 2000 installation and mirror it to the other partition so I never lost any data.  Pretty slick.
