I've been converting a lot of CDs to MP3.  I just go to the library, check out the DVDs and rip them to MP3s.  I'm using Real Jukebox to make MP3s, I'm weary about the quality.  It rips and converts to MP3s at 10x speed.  That's crazy!  But the MP3s sound decent to me.
