I found this killer program called Autorip while surfing the web at work today.  Basically it takes any CD you drop in, gets the track titles from the CDDB, converts them tracks to .wav, converts the .wavs to .mp3s.  Does the whole bit for you, really cool.  You can just drop in CDs all day long.
